Please have the space fully prepared before their arrival. 

While they can offer minor staging suggestions and fine-tune the scene upon arrival, all significant adjustments and item relocations must be completed beforehand. This allows us to focus on capturing your space in the best light, without the need for major changes during the shoot.

Follow these simple steps to ensure every room shines in the spotlight:

Open all the blinds for natural light

Turn on all lights

Check for camera-visible items

Living Room

Declutter surfaces

Arrange furniture for an open feel

Remove personal items

Kitchen & Dining

Hide sponges and soap dispensers

Remove fridge magnets and personal items

Set the dining table minimally (adding a bottle of wine and glasses as a nice touch)

BedROOMS

Make beds neatly

Store away personal items

Align pillows, blankets and curtains

Hide toiletries

Remove vehicles and park them further down the street
